Apple may be working out some issues associated with the iPhone 7's lack of a headphone jack. In an email between Apple chief Tim Cook and a customer in which he explains that a
fix will ship "over the next few weeks." The email didn't explain what it would do to fix the issue that prevents users from using headphones while their device is charging.
