Gay-Themed Ads Archive Turns One

Suggesting a growing corporate interest in how gays are portrayed in advertising, Subaru will become the first sponsor of The Commercial Closet Association, a not-for-profit educational and journalism organization which last year launched an archive of gay-themed ads online. It is also the first gay and lesbian community website Subaru supports. Subaru will sponsor the poll feature on CommercialCloset.org. As part of its deal, Subaru will also become exclusive sponsor of the "Commercial Closet" traveling video lectures, presented by Commercial Closet founder Michael Wilke.
