Trump Signs Executive Orders On Monday: TPP, Federal Hiring Freeze

Donald Trump on Monday signed executive orders which withdrew the United States from the Trans Pacific Partnership. He also imposed a hiring freeze on federal employees, excluding those in national security and defense-related positions.
