Huge's President's Club

Brooklyn-based Huge has promoted five members of its leadership team into newly created executive roles. The Interpublic agency said that the changes are being made to strengthen its management operations and business infrastructure as a result of continued growth.

Together with Huge CEO Aaron Shapiro (a MediaPost 2016 Creative All Star) and Chief Financial Officer Raj Singhal, the new roles make up Huge’s executive management team and provide coordinated oversight for Huge’s global operations, business development and agency marketing, international and regional growth, and talent recruitment, retention, and development, per the agency.

Patricia Korth McDonnell, has been promoted from CMO to President. In her new role, she is responsible for overseeing Huge’s service delivery, agency culture, and client operations globally.

After driving what the agency called “substantial” organic growth across its client relationships  since joining Huge as President a year ago, Jeff Brooks has been promoted to President & CMO. In his new role, Brooks is responsible for driving strategic growth across Huge (OMMA 2016 Digital Agency of the Year), overseeing the agency’s client services, business development, and agency marketing teams.

With half of Huge’s 15 offices now outside of the United States, Michael Koziol has been promoted to President, responsible for driving international growth and development. Kate Watts, who has been with Huge since 2008, has also been promoted to President, responsible for driving U.S. growth. And Andrea Bredau, who has served as Huge’s managing director for talent since joining the agency in 2011, has been promoted to Chief Talent Officer, responsible for talent acquisition across Huge’s offices around the world.
