RACHEL BAUMGARTEN

RACHEL BAUMGARTEN has been promoted to vice president, integrated marketing at MTV. In addition, CATHERINE BALSAM-SCHWABER joined MTV Integrated Marketing in Los Angeles as senior director; CARRYL PIERRE has been named director, MTV business development; and SEAN PHILLIPS has been named director, integrated marketing for mtvU. Baumgarten will be charged with heading up the newly formed client services group, which will focus primarily on providing the ad sales team with vital support to maintain and grow existing client relationships. Balsam-Schwaber will be working with MTV original series development to oversee integrations and the Los Angeles ad sales team to strengthen relationships with West Coast-based advertisers. Pierre will work with the ad sales group’s new business team to develop relationships with potential advertisers. Lastly, Phillips will work to continue to grow the mtvU brand and bring it into the future.
