Activists Say They Plan to Evade Anti-Spam Laws in 2018

Political activists plan to evade anti-spam laws to reach voters prior to the 2018 mid-term elections. They will use data to "touch" the emails, phones and Facebook accounts of 20 million who voted for the first time in the recent presidential election, said Debra Cleaver, CEO of vote.org.
