PSA Agrees To Deal To Buy Vauxhall

PSA, the French owner of Peugeot and Citroën, has agreed to buy Vauxhall and Opel from General Motors in a deal worth €2.2 billion. There has been speculation about the deal and its impact on about 4,000 jobs at the Vauxhall plants at Ellesmere Port and Luton since it emerged last month that the carmakers were in talks.
