WPP's Landor Gets New Boss For Chicago Office

Branding and design shop Landor, part of WPP, has named Lori Gross to the position of general manager of its Chicago office. Joining the North America leadership team, Gross will oversee strategy and growth opportunities for the Chicago office and act as an advisor across Landor’s other regional offices in Cincinnati, San Francisco, and New York. 

Gross will report to Mary Zalla, Landor’s global president of consumer brands and managing director of its Cincinnati and Chicago offices.

Before this new role, Gross was executive director of strategy and growth in Landor’s Cincinnati office. She worked on national and global accounts such as Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, Holler & Dash (Cracker Barrel), Kraft Heinz, Nestlé, and Procter & Gamble. She also headed up a cross-office working group at Landor.

With a career that spans 20 years, Gross brings a wealth expertise, honed analytical skills, and strong management to Landor Chicago. Gross will be charged with broadening the Chicago office's focus into new sectors.
