JOSÉ ANTONIO MARTINEZ has been named vice president and general manager of the newly launched Mediaedge:cia Puerto Rico, based in San Juan. Martinez, formerly vice president/media services for Y&R Puerto Rico, will lead a staff of 15 employees.
