Ebates, an online shopping portal that gives consumers cash back every time they shop, has hired MARKUS MULLARKEY as senior vice president of sales and marketing. Mullarkey comes to Ebates from CNET Networks, where he held several executive leadership roles throughout six years with the company. Most recently he led marketing and business planning for the company’s shopping services and advice unit.
