Television ratings provider erinMedia, which is suing Nielsen Media Research for alleged antitrust violations, Monday endorsed the so-called F.A.I.R. Ratings Act, making it the first ratings firm to
support the bill. Introduced by Senator Conrad Burns of Montana, the bill, S. 1372, would task the Media Ratings Council with accrediting all new forms of television ratings, including ratings
