Return Path has hired MARTIN DONNER, former chief operating officer of Marketing Technology Solutions, as vice president and general manager of Return Path's List & Data Solutions. Donner replaces MICHAEL MAYOR, the former president and COO of NetCreations, who left Return Path in April.
