Condé Nast appointed new publishers at two of its magazines today. Louis Cona currently vp, publisher of Vanity Fair will become vp, publisher of The New Yorker. Alan Katz, currently vp,
publisher of corporate sibling Cargo, will succeed Cona as vp, publisher at Vanity Fair.
