LATINTHRE3 has appointed CAROLINE HORNER as vice president of client services. She has been charged with spearheading the firm's Client Services group across all of its offices in the U.S. and Latin America. Prior to joining LATINTHRE3, Horner was an executive at Organic where she held such positions as vice president of corporate development, vice president of client services and integration, managing director of the Detroit office, and director of client services.
