Big media agency holding company Aegis Group Friday named Mainardo de Nardis global CEO of Aegis Media, the unit that overseas media shops such as Carat, Vizeum, Isobar and Posterscope. Mainardo, who
will also be a director of the company, was CEO of Mediaedge:cia, part of WPP Group's GroupM. WPP has been evaluating a takeover bid of Aegis. -- Joe Mandese
