BRUCE CAMPBELL has been named executive vice president, business development for NBC Universal. Campbell replaces BRANDON BURGESS, who has resigned as executive vice president business development & international channels at NBC Universal and has joined Paxson Communications Corporation as Chief executive officer. Prior to his promotion, Campbell served as senior vice president, business development for NBC Universal.
