Widmeyer Communications has been hired by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to assist the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) in raising awareness of the risks associated with poisoning. The $1 million communications campaign will educate the public about poison exposure prevention. In addition, HHS also renewed Widmeyer's contract on the Take a Stand. Lend a Hand. Stop Bullying Now! Campaign, valued at $500,000.
