Starcom USA has picked up Luxottica Group's $60 million-plus media account, beating out finalists Omnicom's PHD and Interpublic's Universal McCann. Omnicom's OMD unit was the incumbent on the
marketer's account, which includes LensCrafters, Pearle Vision and Sunglass Hut.
