P&G Shaves MindShare, Moves Gillette To Starcom MediaVest

Procter & Gamble has reassigned its $800 million North American media planning and buying account for Gillette to Publicis' Starcom MediaVest Group from WPP's MindShare unit. The move follows the completion of P&G's acquisition of Gillette. Broadcasting buying duties will be handled by MediaVest. Print and out-of-home media will be handled by Starcom.
