Spitzer Subpoenas Music Companies

New York State Attorney General Eliot Spitzer is investigating the pricing of music downloads--typically 99 cents a track on Apple's iTunes. So far, Spitzer's office has subpoenaed at least three major music labels--Warner Music Group, Vivendi Universal, and Sony BMG, according to published reports.
