  • January 19, 2006
WE: Women's Entertainment is the latest network calling in cell phones to boost viewership. In a mobile marketing campaign, WE will deliver personal style tips from supermodel Rachel Hunter to cell phones, hoping the advice will increase tune-in for new reality show "Style Me with Rachel Hunter." Weekly tips come in the form of recorded messages from Hunter. WE's first-ever mobile marketing effort is being conducted along with ipsh! mobile marketing, and runs from the Jan. 23 premiere of the broadcast through March 1. Consumers can opt-in at WE's Web site. "Style Me" seeks to find the next great celebrity stylist by pitting 12 contestants against one another. The winner receives $10,000 and the chance to prep Hunter for an A-list red carpet event, among other benefits.
