Overture Services Inc., a provider of Pay-For-Performance search engine services, and AOL Europe have announced a multi-year agreement to provide its listings on the search results pages of AOL
Europe's web properties in the UK, Germany and France. Under this agreement, Overture's European operation will provide AOL Europe's members access to its search results. Overture's search results
will launch on AOL UK in February 2002, and in Germany in April 2002. Overture's listings on AOL France will commence in conjunction with Overture's launch in that market, the timing of which is being
determined. The announcement builds on an existing, separate strategic alliance with America Online, Inc. in the United States.
