Web tech firm TelID today is expected to unveil a technology that allows local directory publishers to sell Web sites mapped to business' phone numbers, which will be implemented by two publishers in
Hawaii and Atlanta. The technology sets up a URL-forwarding registry, which sends users who visit the Web address www.TelID.com, followed by a slash and the business' phone number, to the business'
Web site.
