Thomas Taber & Drazen has named PAUL IZENSTARK as senior vice president group account director and HEATHER ARKELL as account supervisor. Izenstark will head up the agency’s Einstein Bros Bagels, Great-West Healthcare and Colorado Farm Bureau Insurance accounts while Arkell will work on the Einstein account and Hach Homeland Security Technologies.
