Sunday's series finale of HBO's "Sex and the City" scored an estimated 10.6 million TV viewers, according to preliminary Nielsen ratings released Tuesday. That makes it the most-watched HBO program
since the fourth season premiere of "The Sopranos" (13.4 million viewers) in September 2002. "The Sopranos" returns to HBO's schedule on March 7.
