Ethnic Print Media Group has hired CLAUDIA MONTOYA to lead its Hispanic print media division. Previously a national accounts manager for La Opinion, Montoya was responsible for overseeing national advertising sales; development of advertising and event marketing promotions and creating new client media campaigns.
