Anne Talley is the new senior vice president of marketing for L'Oreal Paris. She succeeds Rob Robillard, who moves to the Kiehl's division of L'Oreal USA as General Manager of Kiehl's Worldwide
effective Oct. 1. Talley joined L'Oreal USA in 2004 as vice president of marketing, cosmetics, for its Maybelline division. She moved to L'Oreal Paris in 2005, and launched HIP (High Intensity
Pigments) and Bare Naturale foundation.
