Arbitron will begin including public and non-commercial radio stations in its local-market ratings reports for those that want the service, the radio measurement company announced Monday. Stations
that register for measurement will be included in electronic local-market reports (eBook), data sets used in buy/sell software applications, such as Tapscan, Smart Plus, and third-party software
applications. Public and non-commercial radio stations are currently only reported in other Arbitron products in a different format.
