After years of separately operating its TV syndication divisions, CBS Corp. has formed the CBS Television Distribution Group, combining CBS Paramount Domestic Television, King World Productions and
CBS Paramount International Television. King World CEO Roger King will take over as CEO of the new organization. Robert Madden and John Nogawski become presidents and COOs. CBS Paramount Worldwide
Television President Joel Berman will leave the company as part of the restructuring.
