Yahoo has inked a deal with PC manufacturer Hewlett-Packard to distribute Yahoo software and Web products, including a co-branded Yahoo-HP toolbar, a Yahoo start page, and Yahoo set as the default
search engine on Microsoft's Internet Explorer 7 on HP desktop and laptop PCs. The deal appears similar to
a distribution pact between Dell and Google, finalized in May.
