MICHAEL BRZOZOWSKI has been named executive vice president, director of CRM at DraftFCB. Brzozowski will be responsible for leading the CRM practice in New York, while developing CRM methodologies and best practices for DraftFCB’s current clients. Most recently, Brzozowski was senior partner, executive director of relationship marketing strategy at OgilvyOne.
