CHRIS ENGLAND has joined Digitas Boston as vice president/director, overseeing planning efforts for the General Motors portfolio of brands at the agency, including GM customer relationship marketing, GMC, Pontiac, and Buick. He will also contribute to accounts such as AT&T, XM Satellite Radio and Procter & Gamble. Most recently, England was global planning director at Grey Global Group, London.
