Carat USA has named Joi Tyrrell and Alex Alonso as co-directors of Carat Multicultural. Tyrrell, who joins Carat from SpikeDDB, where she served as media director, will act as director of Carat
Multicultural, East, responsible for overseeing the Aegis-owned media company's diversity services for the New York, Chicago, Boston and Atlanta offices. Alonso, who currently oversees strategic
planning for Carat North America's West Coast clients, will take the role of director of Carat Multicultural, West, responsible for running the Los Angeles, Irvine, San Francisco and Dallas offices.
