Starting Dec. 26, "Dateline NBC" airs a third night per week. Tuesdays will be a regular slot for the NBC newsmagazine. "Dateline" now runs on Saturdays and will return to Sundays once the NFL season
ends. "Friday Night Lights," currently in the 8 p.m. Tuesday slot "Dateline" will occupy, will be displaced. No word on where the drama will go.
