Agency.com Monday announced the promotion of Kathy Leake to global vice president, business development. Leake previously served as vice president, business development in North America. In her new
role, Leake will be responsible for identifying potential global opportunities with existing local Agency.com accounts and global network pitches. She will also play an integral role in creating new
business best practices across Agency.com's new offices and will investigate potential relationships with global account directors at Omnicom Group sister agency TBWA/ Worldwide. Leake will continue
to be based in the New York office as part of the Agency.com Worldwide team and will report directly to Worldwide CEO, David Eastman.
