2 U.S. Stations Broadcast To Cuba

While U.S. law prohibits sending foreign audiences propaganda over public airwaves, there are exceptions. Radio and TV Marti, which are federally funded, have a six-month deal with two commercial South Florida stations to broacast news reports to Cuba. The reason? They hope to circumvent the jamming of their anti-Castro programming, which is allowed by law, reports South Florida Sun-Sentinel.
