Job hunting site Monster.com today launched two new features on the site, aimed at enhancing search functionality and transparency for job-seekers. The site now offers users the ability to see if
companies have received or viewed their submitted resumes, and a "More Jobs Like This" function that searches for jobs with similar ZIP codes, career levels, salary ranges, and required experience to
the job the user is currently viewing. The site also added a feature that allows users to see what percentage of registered applicants share their skill set and experience level.
