Dennis Publishing says it will sell the majority of its U.S. titles, including
Stuff and Maxim.
Maxim will also be sold off around the world, including the UK, as part of a
divestment strategy. The only U.S. title not affected is
The Week, which has a rate-base circ of 300,000. Dennis Publishing has appointed investment bank Allen & Company to explore options,
which may include a possible sale of the company.
