Aegis Acquires Digital Agency In Brazil, Builds On Isobar

Aegis Group Wednesday announced a deal to acquire AgenciaClick, a leading full-service digital agency in Brazil in a cash and stock deal. AgenciaClick, which will become part of Aegis' Isobar network, will be acquired for a payment of $31.1 million cash and up to 3.4 million new Aegis shares over five-year period.
