Rhonda Harper, who is pursuing other interests. ALso, Robyn C. Freedman is rejoining Ketchum South as senior vice president, director of creativity and strategic planning. Freedman is a former
creative director for the region. Both appointments are effective March 1, and will be based in Atlanta.
