MPA members also launched online social networks, user-generated content creation, blogs, mobile applications, podcasts and video for the Web and mobile devices.
A number of publications were recognized. For example, BusinessWeek was commended for its exclusive online content and mobile edition for PDAs and cell phones, while Condé Nast launched an online film festival and user-generated content on Web sites. Dennis Publishing developed an ecommerce section, RSS feeds, mobile-issues and a co-branded AOL radio station.
