Haggerty, Moynihan Rise At MPG

Mike Haggerty and Steve Moynihan have been named executive vice president-managing directors of the account management and planning teams at Havas' MPG unit. In his new post, Haggerty splits oversight of MPG's New York operations with recent MPG hire Steve Lanzano. Moynihan, who is based in Boston, is responsible for all non-New York media planning operations, and is head of client services for MPG USA's Boston, Washington, D.C., Chicago and other regional offices.
