Michael Pauletich was named senior vice president of eQuest Media, the new global interactive media group of eQuest, an online job distribution company that processed 150 million job posting transactions in 2006.

The new division will provide an end-to-end job board management solution by developing interactive recruitment advertising strategies, negotiating job board contracts, and evaluating job board performance and ROI.

A 17-year veteran in recruitment advertising, Pauletich previously served as TMP Worldwide's Senior Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development.
