Universal McCann hired ADRIAN TOY as regional interactive director for Asia Pacific in an effort to increase its digital-media capabilities. Toy will work on digital communications for technology clients such as Intel and Microsoft. Toy will be based in Hong Kong and previously served as regional head of interactive marketing for Johnson & Johnson Vision Care in Asia Pacific.
