Draftfcb New York hired JACKSON YOUNG to fill the newly created position of svp/director of user experience architecture. He will be responsible for leading the digital practice’s user experience team to define consumer experiences across multiple platforms. Young most recently served as director of user experience design for MTV Networks’ digital division.
