SMG Expands Context Planning Team

Starcom MediaVest Group, which recently hired a spate of so-called consumer context planners, Wednesday announced the addition of another, naming Andrew Hebden VP-consumer context planning. Hebden, who was strategic planning director of the Beijing office of Universal McCann, will be one of three SMG context planners servicing the Procter & Gamble account.
