In the wake of Bill Tucker's appointment as CEO of MediaVest, the Publicis unit is handing out new stripes to its senior management team. Three of its top managers - Director of Business Development
Marston Allen, North American Planning Director for Procter & Gamble Marla Kaplowitz, and Marketplace Ignition's Pam Zucker - have been promoted to executive vice president from senior vice president
of the agency.
Four MediaVest executives - Research Director Kelly Andrews, Director of Operations and Strategic Initaitives/TeleVest Brian Cahill, Consumer Context Planning's Andrew Hebden, and
Research Director David Shiffman - have been named senior vice president.
And Kathleen Dundas, associate strategy director, has been named a vice president.
