Omnicom Splits Shares, Declares Dividend

Omnicom Group, the best performing of the major agency holding companies, Tuesday announced a two-for-one stock split, entitling shareholders to receive one additional share of Omnicom stock for each share held as of June 6. The Omnicom board also declared a quarterly dividend of 15 cents per outstanding share of common stock following the completion of the stock split.
