The iconic "I Love New York" slogan is being expanded as part of an effort to increase tourism, especially to New York State, according to Gov. Eliot Spitzer. The slogan celebrates its 30th
anniversary this year, with a campaign set to be created by Saatchi & Saatchi. A budget of $16 million is assigned the "I Love New York" campaign, nearly a 50% increase from last year's budget. The
state will allot $22 million for tourism promotion efforts. --Amy Corr
