General Electric Co.'s consumer-lending unit, GE Money, is expanding its partnership with online-auction Web site eBay to offer an eBay MasterCard.

Card holders will receive one "reward point" for each $1 spent in purchases on eBay and offline. Points are redeemable for shipping discounts and vouchers that can be used to shop on eBay or pay eBay seller fees.

In 2004 GE worked with eBay to offer PayPal Buyer Credit, a private label, revolving credit line for registered PayPal customers. A PayPal Plus MasterCard was introduced last year.
